中医证候量表条目筛选的方法学探讨

摘　　要：目的:探索适用于中医证候量表四诊条目筛选的可行方法。方法:以老年高血压病肾气亏虚证为切入点,在核心小组讨论和专家咨询基础上,进行临床横断面调查,运用离散趋势法、相关系数法、因子分析法等6种筛选方法对资料数据进行分析。结果:通过多种方法的联合应用,最终选取了18个四诊条目,构成了老年高血压病肾气亏虚证诊断量表。结论:主观筛选法与客观筛选法相结合,综合运用多种统计学方法,掌握保留条目的尺度,才能保证良好的量表信度和效度。Objective： To explore the feasible methods for item selection of TCM syndrome scale.Methods：Elderly hypertension with syndrome of kidney qi deficiency was selected as example.The symptoms and signs of elderly hypertension patients were statistically analyzed with clinical epidemiological investigation on the basis of discussion among focus group and expert consultation.Six selection methods were used,such as correlation coefficient method,dispersion tendency method,factor analysis method,etc.Results：18 Items were selected in the end and constituted the preliminary scale of kidney qi deficiency of elderly hypertension.Conclusion：Only if combine subjective and objective selection methods,use kinds of proper statistical methods and master the scale of preserving items,can we acquire good reliability and validity of scale.
