摘　　要：目的:探讨不同年龄组妊娠妇女脉象特征的差异。方法:应用TP-Ⅰ型数字化脉象分析仪采集563例不同年龄妊娠妇女左右手尺部脉图,分析各年龄组妊娠妇女的脉象分布情况以及脉图参数的差异。结果:<26岁组与>30岁组右手弦脉所占比率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);左手实脉以26-30岁组为最多,与<26岁组和>30岁组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长,弦脉所占比率增加,滑脉所占比率减少;各年龄组脉图参数PSR1、PSR2、PSR3、PSR4、CSR1、CSR4等存在明显差异。结论:年龄对妊娠妇女的脉象分布和变化特点有影响。Objective： To discuss the differences in pulse conditions for pregant women in different age groups. Methods： Using TP-I digital electropulsograph to collect sphygmograms at Chi pulse of both left and right hands for preagnant women at different ages in 563 cases, analyzed the distribution of pulse conditions and the differences of the pulse parameters in different age groups. Results： There was significant difference （P〈0.05） in the percentage of wiry pulse between below 26 years group and over 30 years group; the highest percentage of forceful pulse was in 26-30 years group, and there were significant differences （P〈0.05） between 26-30 years group and either below 26 years group or over 30 years group; the percentage of wiry pulse increased, whereas the percentage of rolling pulse decreased with age growing; there were significant differences in various pulse parameters （e.g. PSR1, PSR2, PSR3, PSR4, CSR1 and CSR4） in different age groups. Conclusion： The age had effect on the distributionvariation of pulse conditions for pregnant women.
