中医药在乳腺癌综合疗法中的地位评价

摘　　要：乳腺癌的各种治疗手段,如手术治疗、化学治疗、放射治疗、内分泌治疗等,依据各自特点及疗效在治疗中综合运用,使乳腺癌的临床疗效有了明显提高。中医药以其独特的优势和特色,在治疗乳腺癌术后并发症、对抗化疗耐药性及副反应、减轻放疗及内分泌治疗的毒副作用等方面起着重要作用,能提高患者的综合治疗效果及生活质量,延长生存期。文章综合评价了中医药在乳腺癌治疗中的地位与作用。Comprehensive therapy on breast cancer includes surgical operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrinotherapy, and etc. The total therapeutic effect is improving by the multiple choices in the treatment. TCM plays an important role in treating postoperative syndrome, relieving side effects of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrinotherapy, and doing great favor to alleviate symptoms and signs, improve life quality and prolong survival time. This article summarizes the current research achievements of Chinese herbal therapy on breast cancer and gives it a primary evaluation.
