音乐对胃镜检查患者术前焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨音乐干预和健康教育对胃镜检查患者术前焦虑的影响。方法:将200例胃镜检查患者术前随机分为实验组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规宣教,实验组给予针对性的音乐干预和健康教育。观察两组患者主观感觉、焦虑状态和各项生理指标。结果:检查前5min,实验组主观感觉、焦虑量表(SAS)得分和各项生理指标均值显著优于对照组(P=0.0000)。结论:针对性的音乐干预配合健康教育应用于胃镜检查患者,能显著缓解患者焦虑情绪,稳定各项生理指标,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective：To explore the music intervene combined with health education used in relief of pre-op anxiety of patients with gastroscope detection. Methods：200 cases of patients with gastroscope detection were randomly divided into experimental group （n= 100） and control group （n=100）.The patiants in control group were given routine health education,and experimental group were given targeted music intervene combined with health education. Results：5 minutes before detection,The subjective sensation,score of SAS and indexes of physiology in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（P=0.0000）.Conclusion：Targeted music intervene combined with health education used for relief of pre-op anxiety of gastroscope detection,can significantly release anxiety and steady indexes of physiology,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
