联合应用多酶清洗液及酸化水清洗消毒胃镜的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用多酶清洗剂及酸化水清洗消毒胃镜的效果。方法:将诊疗后污染的120例次胃镜随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例次。实验组采用多酶清洗液+酸化水清洗,对照组采用流动水清洗+酸化水清洗。对两组清洗后的胃镜清洗效果及消毒后灭菌效果进行监测。结果:实验组内镜表面清洁度、镜身表面附着物的清洗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01),喷嘴堵塞情况少于对照组。实验组内镜消毒的合格情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:比较证明多酶清洗剂联合酸化水用于内镜消毒是可行的,是一种内镜消毒方法的趋势。Objective：To evaluate the cleaning and disinfection effect of multi-enzyme cleaning solution and electrolyzed oxidizing water （EOW） for gastroscope. Methods：120 used gastroscope time were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The study group was cleaned with multi-enzyme cleaning solution and EOW and the control group was cleaned with flowing water and EOW. The change of surface attachment,jet obstruction ,surface cleanness and disinfection effect were observed between the two groups. Results：The cleaning and disinfection effect of the study group was superior to control group.The difference between them was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：To disinfect gastroscope with the multi-enzyme cleaning solution and EOW was feasible. And it is a trend of gastroscope disinfection method.
