中度烧伤患者烧伤后早期血清IL-18升高的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究中度烧伤患者烧伤后血清IL-18水平的变化规律及其意义。方法采用ELISA法对8例中度烧伤患者及健康对照进行入院时及48h后血清IL-18、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平检测。结果 IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α在烧伤后48h均显著升高(P<0.001),但与对照组之间差异无统计学意义。Spearman检验显示,IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α三者之间高度相关(r>0.9,P<0.001)。结论烧伤能增强机体表达IL-18,但其病理生理作用尚有待进一步研究。Objective To study the change of serum IL-18 level at the early postburn period in moderately burned patients.Methods Serum IL-18,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of 8 moderately burned patients and 8 healthy controls were tested with ELISA method.Results A marked increase in serum levels of IL-18 as well as the other cytokines evaluation was observed in the moderately burned patients.These three parameters were highly correlated with each other （r〉0.9 and P〈0.001）.Conclusion Burn can increase expression of IL218 in body,and the role of IL-18 in the pathophysiology of postburn period needs future studies.
