摘　　要：目的通过动物实验,评价"蛇毒活性酒"的生物效应。方法采取动物对照组与动物实验组之间比较的方法考察"蛇毒活性酒"的生物功效。结果 "蛇毒活性酒"能明显延长果蝇寿命,对老年小鼠的疲劳等应激刺激有明显保护作用,明显降低动物血浆中过氧化脂质含量,减少体内脂褐素,增加红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,显著升高老年大鼠血清皮质醇和睾酮含量,增强机体免疫功能,毒性极低。结论 "蛇毒活性酒"对小鼠具有增强免疫、抗衰老和抗疲劳等作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Snake-Venom Active Wine by aminal experiment.Methods The method of contrasting the control group with the experimental groups was used.Results Snake-Venom Active Wine could elongate the lifetime of fruit flyes,have some anti-tiredness effect,decrease the quantities of LPO and lipofuscin in mouse plasma,increase the quantities of SOD in red cells of mouse and cortisol and testosterone in mouse sera,intensify the immune function and have no toxic effect.Conclusion Snake-Venom Active Wine has some effects on mice including strengthening the immune function,anti-aging and anti-tiredness,etc.
