后路短节段固定术配合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症并腰椎不稳临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨后路短节段固定术配合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症并腰椎不稳的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的37例患者进行后路短节段固定术并配合术后康复训练治疗,术后随访。结果治疗后疗效评价,优21例(56.8%),良15例(40.5%),可1例(2.7%),差0例(0%),优良率为97.3%。术后均获得随访,时间为6个月至3年。结论后路短节段固定配合康复训练是治疗腰椎间盘突出症并腰椎不稳较理想的方法 。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior short-segment fixation combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with lumbar instability.Methods 37 cases met the inclusion criteria were treated by posterior short-segment fixation combined with rehabilitation training and followed up after operation.Results The result was excellent in 21（56.8%）,good in 15（40.5%）,effective in 1（2.7%）,poor 0 （0%）,the excellent and good rate was 97.3%,all the cases were followed up from 6 months to 3 years.Conclusion Posterior short-segment fixation combined with rehabilitation training is a good technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with lumbar instability.
