摘　　要：针对轴承套圈退火生产过程中潜在失效模式及其后果,按照Q S—9000质量体系要求,在生产实施之前进行系统分析,并形成相应生产控制文件,从而持续提高锻件退火质量,以满足客户要求。Annealing the production process for the bearing rings of potential failure modes and their consequences,according to QS—9000 quality system requirements,prior to implementation in the production system analysis,and the formation of the corresponding documents about production control,and thus continue to improve the quality of forgings annealed in order to meet customer requirements.
