黄粉虫摄食苜蓿白三叶的采食量及养分表观存留率研究

摘　　要：选用5-6龄黄粉虫,采用单因素随机设计,设三个处理组（Ⅰ：白三叶组,Ⅱ：苜蓿组,Ⅲ：小麦麸对照组）,每处理三个重复,每重复1500头虫,研究黄粉虫对白三叶干草、苜蓿干草及小麦麸的采食量及对其营养成分的表观存留率。结果表明,Ⅰ组的采食量高于Ⅲ组（P〈0.05）,Ⅱ组采食量很低,约为Ⅲ组的1/4;除磷以外,白三叶的营养成分表观存留率及代谢能均低于小麦麸（P〈0.01/0.05）;除粗灰分、无氮浸出物外,苜蓿的营养成分表观存留率及代谢能均高于（P〈0.01/0.05）或相当于（P〉0.05）小麦麸的水平;白三叶、苜蓿的氮表观存留率为50.28%、67.29%;白三叶、苜蓿的黄粉虫表观代谢能为11.4%、14.56%。5-6th instar mealworm （Tenebrio molitor） larvae and a single-factor randomized design were used to study the intakes and the apparent retentions of nitrogen and energy when different feeds were ingested by mealworm larvae. Therefore three treatment groups （Ⅰ, white clover group; Ⅱ, alfalfa group; Ⅲ,wheat bran group, the CK ） were set, three replicates for each treatment and 1500 larvae per replicate. The results showed that the DM intake of groupⅠwas significantly （P0.05） greater than that of group Ⅲ, while the DM intake of group Ⅱwas very low, it was about 1/4 of that of group Ⅲ. The apparent metabolic energy and apparent retention of all nutritional contents except P of white clover were significantly lower （p 0.01/0.05） then those of wheat bran. The apparent metabolic energy and apparent retention of all nutritional contents except crude ash and nitrogen free extract of alfalfa were significantly greater （p 0.01/0.05） or equivalent （P 0.05） compared with those of wheat bran. N apparent retentions of white clover, alfalfa were 50.28%, 67.29%. Apparent metabolic energies of white clover, alfalfa were 11.4（kJ/g）, 14.56（kJ/g）.
