不同尺度形式对亚健康状态评价量表信度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:评估5点尺度和11点尺度形式对量表信度的影响。方法:采用纵向调查,对同一人群进行先后两次测试亚健康状态评价量表,从条目相关分析、重测信度系数、分半信度系数和内部一致性信度系数等方面对不同尺度进行比较。结果:11点尺度各条目与所属领域的相关系数绝大多数高于5点尺度;将11点等级尺度转化为5点等级尺度进行相关系数比较,各条目、亚域、域间的相关系数也与未经转化的相关系数结果相当;分半信度系数和内部一致性信度系数的结果显示11点尺度比5点尺度的信度系数略高。结论:两种尺度形式各有特点,相对于11点尺度,5点尺度更容易被受试者理解,然而11点尺度在量表信度方面略占优势。Objective： With 5-point and 11-point response types to evaluate the reliability of the ＂Scales of Sub Health Condition＂.Methods：With longitudinal investigation adopted,the 718 interviewee was studied by the ＂Scales of Sub Health Condition＂,and compared the rusults of item analysis,retest reliability,split-half reliability and internal consistency reliability.Results： The correlation of items and domains of 11-point are mostly higher than that of 5-point.We changed the 11-point into 5-point,and found that the results are similar in correlation coefficients;while,the 11-point coefficients of split-half and internal consistency reliability are a little higher than that of 5-point response scale.Conclusion： 5-point and 11-point are both common response types in the development of an intrument,and each has its special facets.People know the 5-point is better than the11-point,but the latter has an advantage in reliability.
