托法扶正托毒机理的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的:了解托法扶正托毒的作用机理。方法:使用金黄色葡萄球菌局部注射所致大鼠疮疡模型,观察应用托法治疗后脓肿愈合率、bFGF、EGF、IL-2、溶菌酶等指标的变化。结果:透托法、补托法均可提高大鼠疮疡模型的脓肿愈合率;透托法能提高bFGF、EGF、溶菌酶的水平,降低IL-2的水平;补托法可提高溶菌酶的水平,降低IL-2的水平。结论:托法的扶正托毒机理与促进脓肿愈合、组织修复(透托法)、调节免疫功能以及抗炎、杀菌等作用有关。Objective：To understand mechanism of righting and expelling toxin in tuofa.Methods：Sore model was induced by local injection aureus,then indicators changes such as Abscess healing rate,bFGF,EGF,IL-2,lysozyme and others,was observed after the application of Tuofa.Results： The method of permeability Tuofa and complement Tuofa can increase the Abscess healing rate of rat sore model.The method of permeability Tuofa can increase the levels of bFGF,EGF,lysozyme and reduce the levels of IL-2.The method of complement Tuofa can increase the level of lysozyme,and reduce the level of IL-2.Conclusion：The mechanism of righting and expelling toxin in tuofa were related with these effects,such as promoting healing of Abscesses,tissue repairing（permeability tuofa）,regulating immune function and anti-inflammatory,bactericidal.
