免煎方剂中药对尿路结石形成机制影响的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨三金三子汤免煎方剂中药对尿路结石形成机制的影响。方法：采用45Ca-CaCl2掺入的结晶生长动力学模型,研究不同作用时间免煎方剂中药对草酸钙结晶生长的影响。结果：从免煎方剂中药组5min滤液内cpm%明显减少,与对照组同时间点的水平相当,20-120min诸时间点的cpm%与对照组比较,cpm%减少幅度甚小,甚至接近回复总放管水平。结论：免煎方剂中药对草酸钙结晶生长有明显的抑制作用,抑制作用与用药时间呈依赖关系。为临床应用此免煎方剂中药临床治疗尿路结石患者提供一定的试验依据。Objective：To explore san jin san zi soup non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine effect on the mechanism of urinary lithiasis forming.Methods： We applied the 45 Ca-CaCl2 incorporated crystal growth kinetic model and investigated the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine effect on the growth of calcium oxalate crystal on different action time.Results： The filtrate＇s cpm% obviously decreased after the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine actted 5 minutes,which was as much as the cpm% of the control group concurrent testing,and by comparison,The filtrate＇s cpm% decreased less significantly than the control group after the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine actted from 20 minutes to 120 minutes,even it was approximate to the initial level.Conclusion：The non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine have the inhibitory action on the the growth of calcium oxalate crystal,and the inhibitory action depends on the medicating time,providing some evidence for the doctors to treat the lithangiuria patients by use of the non-decoctting Chinese traditional medicine.
