桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈心综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝加葛根汤治疗颈心综合征38例的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的颈心综合征患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组32例,治疗组予以桂枝加葛根汤治疗,对照组予以相关对症支持治疗,两组均10天为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后的眩晕、心悸、胸闷、颈痛等主要症状体征改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组在治疗后较对照组在临床综合疗效及症状、体征改善上,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:桂枝加葛根汤治疗安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Guizhi and Pueraria Decoction used to treat 38 patients with carotid-cardiac syndrome.Methods：70 patients with carotid-cardiac syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group（38 cases） and control group（32 cases）,the treatment group was treated by Guizhi and Pueraria Decoction while the control group was given symptomatic and supportive treatment,both groups went on two consecutive courses with 10 days as a course of treatment.The improvement of the major symptoms of dizziness,palpitations,chest tightness,neck pain and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed before and after the treatment.Results：The treatment group was significantly better than the control group after treatment in the comprehensive clinical efficacy,the improvement of symptoms and physical signs（P〈0.05）,and there was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Gui Zhi and Pueraria Decoction is safe and effective,which is well worth clinical popularizing and application.
