摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对肥胖大鼠血脂及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响,探讨针灸减肥的机制。方法:用高脂饲料喂养制作肥胖大鼠模型。针刺肥胖大鼠"足三里"和"中脘"穴,并接通电针仪。每次10min,每日1次,"后三里"穴左右轮换,连续治疗14天。结果:针刺组大鼠血甘油三酯和胆固醇、TNF-α均比肥胖模型组降低(P<0.01),但与普食组仍有一定的差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺对肥胖大鼠TNF-α抵抗状态的改善可能是其治疗作用机制之一。Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture on TNF-α and blood lipid in obesity rats so as to explore the mechanism of acupuncturein reducing weight.Methods： The obesity model are fed on high fat diet.To acupuncture obesity rats＇ ＂zusanli＂ and ＂zhongwan＂ acupuncture point and connect the electronic needle device.It takes 10 minutes each time,once a day.To acupuncture ＂housanli＂ points alternately for 14 consecutive days.Results： The acupuncture group has a lower TC、TG and TNF-αthan the model group（P〈0.01）.but there is certain difference between the acupuncture group and the common feeding group.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The improvement of TNF-αresistance in obesity rats is the mechanism of acupuncture weight loss.
