肝动脉化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗肝转移瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析肝动脉化疗联合艾迪注射液治疗肝转移瘤的临床评价指标。方法:将102例肝转移瘤患者随机等分为3组:A组单纯接受肝动脉一次性冲击化疗;B组肝动脉化疗后,给予静脉滴注艾迪注射液;C组肝动脉化疗后,肝动脉内留置导管持续灌注艾迪注射液。比较3组经6个治疗周期前后肿瘤的大小、T细胞亚群情况以及化疗药物的胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制情况。结果:3组有效率分别为41.2%,47.1%,67.6%,B组和A组,B组与C组比较无明显差别(P>0.05),C组与A组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);T细胞亚群改善和化疗药物的不良反应发生率,B、C两组之间无差异(P>0.05),B、C组分别与A组比较差别明显(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗药物肝动脉持续灌注治疗肝转移瘤能够提高近期疗效,可能优于静脉滴注,艾迪注射液起到为协同、增效、减毒及提高免疫力的作用。Objective：To investigate the Clinical effect of Aidi Injection combined with hepatic arterial chemotherapy in the treatment of Hepatic Metastasis.Methods：102 cases with Hepatic Metastasis were randomly divided into the three group：group A were treated through one bolus arterial infusion alone;group B through intravenous Aidi Injection combined with hepatic arterial chemotherapy;group C through Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapeutics hepatic arterial infusion.The effects was evaluated after 6 treatment courses.Results：The response rates of Short term efficacy of group A,B,C were 41.2%,47.1% and 67.6% respectively.Group B and group A（P〈0.05）,Group C and group B（P〈0.05）,Group C and group A（P〈0.05）;On the activity ratio of CD＋4,CD＋8 and CD＋4/CD＋8 and adverse Drug Reaction,there was obviously different between C,B groups and group A（P〈0.05）.There wasn＇t significantly different between group C and group B.Conclusion：Aidi injection combined with continuous hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy can increase the therapentic effect,effectively enhance the immunity of patient with the Hepatic Metastasis and reduce toxic reaction.
