摘 要:目的:探求平胃散燥湿和胃的功能对湿滞脾胃证大鼠血清中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)分泌的影响,探讨其促进胃肠动力作用的可能机制。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、生理盐水组、平胃散低剂量组、平胃散高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,40只大鼠利用外湿过盛、饮食不节、情志不遂等综合方法制备出湿滞脾胃证大鼠,再经平胃散干预治疗。结果:与正常对照组比较,生理盐水组模型组血清中MTL、GAS显著降低。与模型组比较,平胃散低剂量组、平胃散高剂量组模型大鼠血清MTL、GAS含量升高,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与生理盐水组比较,平胃散高剂量组大鼠血清MTL、GAS含量升高。结论:平胃散对湿滞脾胃证模型大鼠血清MTL、GAS分泌有促进作用,且存在一定的量效关系,可能为平胃散燥湿和胃功能的作用机制之一。Objective: To explore the effects of damp-drying and stomach-regulating function of PingWeiSan decoction on serum motillin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS) secretion of rats with damp blockage in spleen end stomach,and to investigate its possible mechanism on promoting gastrointestinal motility.Methods:50 SD rats were randomly and equally divided into five groups of 10: normal group,model group,normal saline group,PingWeiSan low-dose group,PingWeiSan high-dose group.Except the normal group,40 other rats were treated by excessive external dampness,improper dieting and emotional discomfort to prepare rat models with damp blockage in middle energizer,and were then given therapeutic intervention with PingWeiSan decoction.Results:Compared to the normal control group,the serum MTL,GAS were significantly reduced in the saline group.Compared to the model group,the serum MTL,GAS content increased in both PingWeiSan low-dose group and PingWeiSan high-dose group,and there was no statistically significance between the two groups(P〈0.05).Compared to the saline group,the serum MTL,GAS contents of the rat models were promoted in PingWeiSan high-dose group.Conclusion:PingWeiSan decoction has a stimulating effect on serum MTL,GAS secretion of rat models with damp blockage in middle energizer,and there is a certain dose-effect relationship,which might be one of the mechanisms for damp-drying and stomach-regulating function of PingWeiSan.
