苍附导痰丸加减对多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苍附导痰丸加减对多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法:将96例PCOS患者随机分为两组,治疗组49例采用口服采用苍附导痰丸加减治疗,对照组47例采用克罗米芬治疗,对两组的疗效进行比较,并测定治疗组治疗前后的性激素指标进行比较。结果:两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),血清促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、LH/FSH水平较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:运用苍附导痰丸加减具有调节PCOS患者血清FSH、LH、E2、T、LH/FSH作用,临床有效率略优于克罗米芬,具有临床实用价值。Objective: The effectiveness observation of increasing and decreasing atractylodes and cyperus phlegm-abducting pill to polycystic ovarian syndrome clomiphene.Methods:96 POS people are devided into 2 grops.Treating grop 49 cases are treated with oral atractylodes and cyperus phlegm-abducting pill;Comparing group 47 cases are treated with clomiphene.Comparing these 2 grops by sex hormone data before and after treatment.Result:The effectiveness of 2 groups are processed statistically,and the result is no significant(P>0.05).The FSH,E2 level is significant depression after treatment(P<0.01),and LH,T and LH.FSH Level are increased significantly than before the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Increasing or decreasing of atractylodes and cyperus phlegm-abducting pill can accommodate the FSH,LH,E2,T,LH/FSH in the serum of PCOS,which effectiveness is more than clomiphene.The increasing or decreasing of atractylodes and cyperus phlegm-abducting pill has the clinical value.
