摘　　要：阐述了汽车踏板支架模拟实际道路情况加载及寿命试验原理,负载转角及转矩的特性关系,并依据国家标准QC-T 788对汽车踏板装置试验台进行了参数优化设计和结构设计,以满足各类汽车踏板支架加载及耐久寿命试验.This paper presents the car pedal bracket simulating the real road load condition and the principle of life test,and the relation between the load angle and the torque.The parameter optimization design and structure design for the car pedal bracket test bed comply with the national standard QC-T 788 Performance Requirements and Stand Test Methods for Car Pedals.The test bed can test varied pedals load condition and life.
