摘 要:基于商业软件NUMECA的全三维优化设计平台Design3D对某对转压气机的转子1叶片进行了全三维叶片优化设计。优化目标是在控制流量和总压比的情况下,提高其等熵效率。结果表明,转子1工况点效率提升了0.6%,对转压气机整机效率提高近1.5%,总压比也略有增加。通过流场分析看出优化叶片性能的提高主要是源于中高部叶展高马赫数区的增加,以及尾迹损失的较小。With the help of commercial software NUMECA/Design 3D,optimization design was carried out for rotor 1 of a two-stage counter-rotating Compressor.The optimization objective is to maximize the isentropic efficiency,while controlling the mass flow and total pressure ratio.Numerical results show that the efficiency is increased by 0.6% at design point after the optimization of rotor 1.The efficiency of the counter-rotating compressor is increased by nearly 1.5%.The total pressure ratio is also increased slightly.The gain in aerodynamic performance is largely attributed to the increase of high Mach number area in 50% of span from hub and the reduction of losses due to flow separation.
