摘 要:以相变温度、最大可恢复应变及恢复应力等作为形状记忆效应的特征参数,通过示差扫描量热分析、拉伸实验研究了冷加工变形量对TiNiCu形状记忆合金棒材形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明:冷加工变形量对试样的相变温度基本无影响;冷加工变形量增加,试样的最大可恢复应变及恢复应力增加;不同冷加工变形试样分别预应变至其对应临界值εL处,在约束状态下加热,各试样均在110℃附近时取得恢复应力的最大值。Phase transformation temperature,maximum recovery strain,recovery stress etc.are considered as shape memory effect characteristic parameters.By means of differential scanning calorimetry measurement and tensile test,the effects of cold deformation on the shape memory effct of TiNiCu alloy bars have been investigated.The results indicate that cold deformation has no effect on phase transformation temperature of the specimens,but the maximum recovery strain and the recovery stress of the specimens increase with the increase of cold deformation level.It is also shown that in the vicinity of 110 ℃,the specimens have the maximum recovery stress as they have been heated in restrain state after they were pre-strained to their limit strain εL.
