西大洋水库浮游植物及其对水质的评价

摘　　要：研究了西大洋水库的浮游植物及其对水质的评价。共鉴定浮游植物２１１种，隶属７门、３７科、７２属。其中，绿藻门最多，１５科、３０属、９２种；硅藻门次之，９科、２１属、７５种；金藻门最少，１科、１属、２种。细胞密度平均值为１２．５×１０４Ｌ－１，水库中心最高，为２０．６×１０４Ｌ－１，唐河水入库口最低，为６．７×１０４Ｌ－１。利用指示生物、细胞密度、Ｍａｒｇａｌｅｆ多样性指数、Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎ－Ｗｅａｖｅｒ多样性指数、Ｓｉｍｐｓｏｎ多样性指数及绿藻商等生物学方法评价其水质，结果相一致，水质较清洁。A phytoplankton surver was conducted in May 1994 in the reservoir Xidayang. There were 211 species phytoplankton which belong to 7 phylum 37 families 72 genera. Mean cell density of phytoplankton was 12.5×104 L-1. The water quality of the reservoir Xidayang was assessed applying biological methods of assessment for value of indicator organisms, cell density, Margalefs index, Shannon-Weavers index, Simpsons index and green algae quofieut etc.The result show that the water is not polluted.
