摘  要:采用不同浓度甲壳素药液在文心兰正常生长状态下对其进行施肥处理,研究不同浓度甲壳素对文心兰生长发育的影响。结果表明,施用不同浓度甲壳素对文心兰营养生长和生殖生长均具有不同程度的影响。甲壳素浓度较低时,文心兰的植株高度、假球茎高度、假球茎厚度及花穗长度均随甲壳素施用浓度的增加而增加,甲壳素浓度为1 500μg/ml时以上指标均达到最大值,而后呈下降趋势;甲壳素浓度低于1 500μg/ml时,甲壳素施用浓度越高,其出现假球茎及花芽的时间越早,越有利于提高花穗质量。The oncidium growing normally was fertilized with chitin solution at different concn to study the effects of chitin at different concn.on the growth and development of oncidium.The results indicated that fertilization with chitin at different concn.had effects at different degrees on the vegetable growth and reproductive growth of oncidium.When the chitin concn.was relatively low,the plant height,pseudobulb height and thickness,spica length of oncidium were increased along with the increase of chitin concn.;when the chitin concn.was 1 500 μg/ml,the above indexes all reached their maximums and then showed decreasing trend;when the chitin concn.was lower than 1 500 μg/ml,the higher the applied chitin concn.was,the earlier the pseudobulb and flower bud appeared and it was more favorable for enhancing spica quality.
