摘  要:[目的]建立用微波消化-火焰原子吸收法测定乌梅、山茱萸、五味子中铁、铜、锰含量的方法。[方法]用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定。[结果]所测定的乌梅、山茱萸、五味子中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素,回收率为96.1%~105.9%,RSD为2.3%~5.1%(n=10)。[结论]该方法减少了样品处理过程中的损失,操作简单,结果准确,令人满意。[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method of determination of iron,copper,manganese in Fructus mume,Fructus corni and Fructus schisandrae chinensis by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Method]The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method.[Result] There were lots of trace elements that were necessary for people in Fructus mume,Fructus corni and Fructus schisandrae chinensis.The recoveries were in the range of 96.1%-105.9% with RSD(n=10) of 2.3%-5.1%.[Conclusion] The method avoided the analyze loss during the pretreatment.The method is accurate and satisfying.
