摘 要:[目的]比较苜蓿、草木樨、沙打旺种子硬实破除的方法,为生产实践中破除3种牧草种子硬实提供参考。[方法]对3种牧草的种子进行浓硫酸、氢氧化钠、硝酸钾3种处理,并对发芽率和一些生理指标进行研究。[结果]各种处理都不同程度提高了种子的出苗率。[结论]最适宜于苜蓿、草木樨、沙打旺破除硬实的方法是0.10 mol/L硝酸钾溶液浸种12 h,0.05 mol/L硝酸钾溶液浸种12 h,0.40 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸种2 h。[Objective] The methods of getting rid of hard seeds of Medicago satiya,Melilotus officinalis and Astragals adsorbents were studied to provide reference for three legume forages getting rid of hard seeds in production.[Method] Three legume forages were treated with three ways.The Germination rate and some physiological indices were studied after treatments.[Result]All the treatements improved the seeding rate to some extent.[Conclusion]The best method of M.satiya,M.officinalis and A.dsurge getting rid of hard seeds was dipping in 0.10 mol/L KNO3,0.05 mol/L KNO3,0.40 mol/L NaOH for 2 hours,resfectively.
