摘  要:[目的]为利用水稻内生细菌与农药复配对水稻纹枯病的防治提供理论指导。[方法]采用抑菌率法测定水稻内生巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)B196菌株与井岗霉素混配对水稻纹枯病菌的毒力,并测定其对水稻纹枯病的防治作用。[结果]B196菌株与5%井岗霉素水剂质量比为1∶68.47的混剂具有增效作用,共毒系数(CTC)为209,其1 000倍液对水稻纹枯病田间防效为75.57%,比单用B196菌株的防效高17.68%。[结论]内生巨大芽孢杆菌菌株B196与井岗霉素混配对水稻纹枯病的防治效果较好。[Objective]The study was to provide the theoretical guidance for the control of rice sheath blight by endogenous Bacillus megaterium strain B196 mixture with fungicide.[Method]The co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) of endogenous bacillus strain B196 mixture with jinggangmycin to inhibit Rhizoctonia solani was studied by growth rate method,and the effect of the mixture on rice sheath blight was also tested in the field.[Result]An endogenous bacillus strain B196 mixture with 5% jinggangmycin had synergism with Co-toxicity coefficient(CTC) of 209.The effect of the mixture on rice sheath blight was 75.57%,17.68% higher than that of single endogenous bacillus strain B196 treatments.[Conclusion]The mixed preparation of endogenous bacillus strain B196 and jinggangmycin had better control effect on rice sheath blight.
