摘  要:[目的]研究黄粉虫虫粉对白僵菌生长的影响。[方法]利用黄粉虫幼虫作为添加物,添加到PDA培养基中,制成4、2、1、0.5、0.25、0.125、0.0625 g/100 ml 7个浓度,以不加虫体的培养基为对照,对白僵菌菌株的生长速度、孢子萌发率、菌丝直径、产孢时间、产孢量和POD酶活性等指标进行测定。[结果]PDA培养基中添加黄粉虫幼虫能提高白僵菌的生长速度、孢子萌发率、产孢时间、产孢量和POD酶活性,但是对孢子大小及菌丝直径影响较小。通过综合评价筛选,黄粉虫添加量为4 g的培养基上白僵菌生长最优,各项指标都有明显的优势。[结论]该研究可为应用黄粉虫培养白僵菌的研究提供理论依据。[Objective]The study aimed to research Tenebrio molitor powder on the growth of Beauveria bassiana.[Method]The powder of Tenebrio molitor larva was used as the addctive and was added to the PDA medium according to 7 kinds of conc.of 4,2,1,0.5,0.25,0.125 and 0.062 5 g/100 ml,with the medium without adding any T.molitor larva as the CK.The indexes such as the growth rate,spore germination rate,hyphal diameter,sporulation time,sporulation amount and POD activity in B.bassiana were determined.[Result]Adding T.molitor larva to the PDA medium could increase the growth rate,spore germination rate,sporulation time,sporulation amount and POD activity in B.bassiana,but had little effect on the spore size and hyphal diameter.The comprehensive evaluation and the screening showed that the adding amount of 4 g powder T.molitor larva to the medium could get optimum growth of B.bassiana and their indexes all had obvious predominance.[Conclusion]The study provided the theoretical basis for using T.molitor to culture B.bassiana.
