摘 要:[目的]研究苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性,为今后该病菌对代森锰锌抗药性的检测和治理提供基本的理论依据。[方法]以海棠轮纹病菌作为对照,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了77个苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性。[结果]EC50值处于1.428 5~34.067 1 mg/L,平均为(13.676 5±6.358 8)mg/L,与代森锰锌对5个野生海棠轮纹病菌菌株的EC50平均值(10.140 5±2.035 2)mg/L无明显差异。正态检验表明,77个苹果轮纹病菌菌株对代森锰锌的敏感性符合正态分布。[结论]山东省未发现对代森锰锌产生抗药性的轮纹病菌菌株,EC50平均值(13.676 5±6.358 8)mg/L可作为苹果轮纹病菌对代森锰锌的敏感性基线。[Objective] The theoretic reference for the test of the drug-resisting of mancozeb to the Botryosphaeria dothidea from apple was provided through the research on the sensitivity of Botryosphaeria dothidea from apple.[Method] The Begonia piricola being taken as the CK,the sensitivity of 77 Botryosphaeria dothidea from apple to mancozeb was measured with the mycelial growth rate method.[Results] There was not obvious difference in the sensitivity between Botryosphaeria dothidea from apple and 5 Begonia piricola,which the average EC50 value was(10.140 5±2.035 2) mg/L,while the EC50 value was between 1.428 5 mg/L and 34.067 1 mg/L with its mean was(13.676 5±6.358 8) mg/L.The test result indicated that the sensitivity of 77 Botryosphaeria dothidea from apple to mancozeb was met with the normal distribution.[Conclusion] The strain of Botryosphaeria dothidea from apple in mancozeb-resisting had not found.The mean EC50 of(13.676 5±6.358 8) mg/L was made as sensitivity baseline,which could be used in the detection of its resistance.
