摘　　要：就一般意义而言,非正式制度构成了农地产权制度合法性基础,影响农地产权制度的执行成本,制约着农地产权制度执行效率和变革方式。当前,非正式制度中的公有观念、家庭本位观念、平均思想和恋土情结,对农地产权制度创新具有重要影响。Generally,informal system constitutes of the legitimacy of rural land property system,affects the cost of rural land property system,and restricts the implementing efficiency and changing methods of rural land property system.At present,the public concept,the family-based concept,the egalitarianism concept and soil complex have an important influence on the innovation of rural land property system.
