旅游景区解说系统游客满意度的实证研究——以运城解州关帝庙为例

摘　　要：以运城解州关帝庙为研究对象,运用因子分析法提取了境内外游客对景区解说系统的评价因子,采用模糊评判法对境内外游客对景区解说系统效果的满意度进行了测评。结果表明,境内外游客对运城解州关帝庙景区解说系统的总体满意度一般。游客对景区解说系统构成要素的满意度有显著的差异,满意度最高的为导游讲解,最低的为景区标识牌的设立和制作。Selecting Guanyu Temple of Xiezhou in Yuncheng as the research object,the evaluation factors of interpretation system were extracted by using factor analysis.Using the fuzzy evaluation method,the evaluation of the tourists＇ satisfaction was carried on.The results showed that the tourist was ordinary to the interpretation system of Guanyu Temple in Xiezhou of Yuncheng.The tourist has the remarkable difference to the satisfaction of the interpretation system,and the degree of satisfaction of tour guide＇s explanations is the highest and the degree of satisfaction of the tourist attractions marks sign＇s establishment and manufactures was lowest.
