连云港市机关干部血液代谢指标检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解连云港市机关干部体检人群血液代谢指标——总胆固醇、血糖、尿酸的变化情况。方法将7765例机关干部分为≤44岁、45～64岁和≥65岁3个年龄组,分别统计不同年龄组、不同性别机关干部高总胆固醇、高血糖和高尿酸血症的检出率。结果①7765例机关干部中,高总胆固醇的检出率为44.02%,高血糖的检出率为12.03%,高尿酸血症的检出率为11.59%;②3种代谢指标的检出率总体上随着年龄增加而增高;③在男女机关干部之间,高总胆固醇的检出率无明显差别,而高血糖的检出率男性高,女性相对较低;④高尿酸血症的检出率男性高于女性;而≥65岁女性组,其高尿酸血症的检出率呈快速上升趋势。结论连云港市机关干部群体的代谢异常较为普遍,应加强健康教育和保健防治工作。[Objective]To investigate the changing status of blood metabolic index（total cholesterol,blood glucose and uric acid）in Lianyungang government officials receiving physical examination.[Methods]A total of 7765 officials were divided into 3 age groups： ≤44 years age group,45～64 years age group and ≥65 years age group.The ration of examination of high total cholesterol,high fasting blood glucose and high uric acid level were analyzed in the officials with different aged and sex groups.The detection rates of high total cholesterol,high blood glucose and hyperuricaemia were calculated in officials with different age and gender groups.[Results]① Of 7765 officials,the detection rate of high total cholesterol,high blood glucose and hyperuricaemia was 44.02%,12.30% and 11.59 respectively.②The detection rates of 3 metabolic indexes increased with age.③ The difference of high total cholesterol detection rate was not significant between genders,while the detection rate of high blood glucose among male officials was higher than that of female.④The detection rate of hyperuricaemia in male group was higher than that in the female group;that of female officials≥65 years showed rapidly increasing tendency comparing with other the female groups.[Conclusion] The blood metabolic abnormality of government officials was very common in Lianyungang City.Therefore,the health education and prevention should be strengthened for the officials.
