摘　　要：目的了解全细胞百白破三联疫苗(WPDT)和无细胞百白破联合疫苗(APDT)接种后的不良反应情况。方法 2006—2009年在电白县疾病预防控制中心预防接种门诊采用单盲法将1000名3月龄～2岁儿童分成2组,其中247名接种WPDT,753名接种APDT,观察局部与全身反应。结果接种WPDT和APDT者,总体不良反应发生率分别为6.50%、1.3%;两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.48,P<0.01)。结论 APDT的接种反应较WPDT低、安全性好。[Objective]To understand the adverse reactions of whole cell pertussis combined vaccine（WPDT） and acellular pertussis combined vaccine（APDT） after inoculation.[Methods]From 2006-2009,single blind method was used to divide 1000 children aged 3 months to 2 years into 2 groups in clinic of Dianbai County CDC,247 children were inoculated with WPDT,while 753 received APDT.The local and systemic reactions were observed.[Results]The total incidence of adverse reaction of children with WPDT and APDT was 6.50% and 1.3% respectively,the difference was significant（χ2=19.48,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The adverse reaction of APDT is lighter than that of WPDT,with good safety.
