从一起人禽流感疫情的处置谈突发公共卫生事件的应急健康教育工作

摘　　要：目的探讨如何开展突发公共卫生事件的应急健康教育工作。方法对南京市2007年底发生的全国首起确诊的人感染高致病性禽流感家庭聚集性病例的应急健康教育工作进行回顾,总结经验教训。结果南京市发生两例人禽流感病例,健康教育工作在第一时间开展、落实,社会秩序稳定,疫情未进一步扩散。结论突发公共卫生事件的应急健康教育的当务之急是建立、完善健康教育应急体系,并认真做好突发公共卫生事件发生前、发生中以及发生后期三个阶段的工作。[Objective]To discuss how to carry out the health education of emergency public health events.[Methods]The emergency health education for first confirmed familial clustering event of human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus（H5N1） in Nanjing at the end of 2007 was reviewed to summarize the experience and lessons.[Results]Since two cases of human avian influenza had been confirmed in Nanjing,the health education were carried out and implemented at the first time.The society order was stable and the disease did not spread further.[Conclusion]The urgent matters of health education for the emergency public health events are the establishment and improvement of the emergency system of health education,and the measures of three stages which included the periods before,during and after the occurrence of the event should be done well.
