摘　　要：目的观察和分析血脂、血液流变学对2型糖尿病的影响。方法用7020全自动生化分析仪检测血糖、血脂;SA6000留念板式血流变分析仪检测血流变各项指标;EHK红细胞沉降压积仪检测红细胞压积和血沉。结果 2型糖尿病患者血流变指数、血脂、血沉均增高。结论检测血糖、血脂同时检测血流变指标可作为糖尿病及其并发症的一种检测手段。[Objective]To observe the effect of blood lipid and hemorheology on type 2 diabetes mellitus.[Methods]Blood glucose and blood lipid were tested with the 7020 automatic biochemistry analyzer,various indexes of hemorheology were detected with the SA6000 cone-plate blood flow analyzer,hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were tested with the EHK erythrocyte sedimentation hematocrit analyzer.[Results]The indexes of hemorheology,blood lipid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus all increased.[Conclusion]The simultaneous detection of blood glucose,blood lipid and indexes of hemorheology can be used as a detection means of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
