草木犀流浸液片联合中药对术后肿胀的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察草木犀流浸液片联合中药治疗髋部骨折术后肢体肿胀的综合疗效。方法：选取髋部骨折术后患者60例采用随机单盲对照研究，根据用药情况将患者分为治疗组、对照组，每组30例，治疗组服用草木犀流浸液片联合中药，对照组注射甘露醇联合中药，比较两组患者肢体肿胀消退的程度和治疗时间。结果：治疗组与对照组相比在术后前三天效果稍差（P〈0．05）。三天后疗效无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：草木犀流浸液片联合中药对髋部骨折术后肿胀治疗疗效确切，使用安全方便。Objective： To observe the effect of treating limb swelling with melilotus extract tablets plus TCM. Methods： 60 cases of hip fracture were randomly divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）, to treat treatment group with melilotus extract tablets plus TCM, to treat control group injecting mannitol plus TCM, to compare the swelling degree and treatment of limb swelling between two groups. Results： The effect of treatment group and control group were little worse before 3 days after surgery （P〈0.05）, the effect has not significant difference after 3 days （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Treating limb swelling with melilotus extract tablets plus TCM get a good result.
