摘　　要：目的：观察运用内服中药甘露消毒丹加减治疗轻、中度慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法：72例轻、中度慢性乙型肝炎患者均采用内服中药甘露消毒丹加减治疗。结果：72例患者中，基本治愈23例，有效42例，无效7例，总有效率90．28％。结论：中药甘露消毒丹加减方能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的，临床症状，促进慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能的恢复，从而达到延缓病情发展的目的。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating mild to moderate chronic hepatitis B patients in TCM Ganlu Xiaodu Dan. Methods： To treat 72 cases of mild to moderate chronic hepatitis B in TCM Ganlu Xiaodu Dan. Result： Among 72 patients, 23 were cured, 42 were effective, 7 were invalide, and the total effective rate was 90.28%. Conclusion： Ganlu Xiaodu Dan can significant improvement the clinical symptoms of chronic hepatitis B, to promote the restoration of chronic hepatitis B, to achieve the purpose of delaying the progression of the disease.
