摘　　要：目的：探讨闭合复位带锁髓内钉固定治疗肱骨干骨折的方法与疗效。方法：本组38例，男23例，女15例；年龄：26～65岁，平均年龄42岁；按骨折部位：上1／3骨折8例，中1／3骨折2l例，中下1／3骨折9例；按骨折类型：横断形骨折10例，螺旋形骨折骨折5例，粉碎性骨折16例，斜形骨折7例，均为闭合性损伤；致伤原因：摔伤24例，交通事故9例。高处坠落伤5例。均采用闭合复位带锁髓内钉固定术治疗。结果：本组38例均获随访，随访时间8个月～19个月，平均随访时间13个月，均临床愈合。依据疗效评定标准：优18例，良19例，可1例，差0例。结论：运用闭合复位带锁髓内钉固定治疗肱骨干骨折，符合现代骨科微创观念，术后疗效确切，可在具备有C臂机的基层医疗单位推广运用。Objective： To investigate the method and effect of treating humeral shaft fractures by closed reduction and intramedullary nail. Methods： Among 38 cases, 23 were males, 25 were females; Age： 26-65 years, the average age were 42 years; Fracture site： The first 1/3 of fractures were 8 cases, middle 1/3 of fractures were 21 cases, lower 1/3 of fractures were 9 cases; Fracture type： 10 cases were tansverse fracture, 5 cases were spiral fracture, 16 cases were comminuted fracture, 7 cases were oblique fracture, both them were blunt trauma; Cause： 24 cases were crash, 9 were traffic accident, 5 cases were fall from high places. To treat them by losed reduction and intramedullary nail. Results： Among 38 cases, the follow-up time were 8-9 months, the average follow-up time were 13 months, among 38 cases healing. Based on the evaluation standard： 18 cases were excellent, 19 cases were good, 1 case was possible. Conclusion： Treating humeral shaft fractures by closed reduction and intramedullary nail get a good result, that is promote the use of medical units.
