摘 要:应用香草醛缩氨基硫脲希夫碱(L1)作为一种新配体与CuCl2形成配合物成功催化了咪唑类化合物的芳基化反应,重要的是该类配体与Cu(Ⅱ)配合而形成的催化体系得到了较Cu(Ⅰ)更好的催化效率。因为,Cu(Ⅱ)的经济性和稳定性都大大优于Cu(Ⅰ),所以该体系被认为是一种可取的C-N偶联的催化体系。在此基础上,作者对催化体系进行了优化,另外共扩展了11种底物,并对3a-3h进行了1HNMR表征。A new methodology for Copper-catalyzed coupling reaction has been developed, in which imidazole reacts with aryl halides using the combination of 1-(4-hydroxy-3-me thoxyhenzylidene) thiosemi-carbazide (L1) and CuCl2 as catalyst system. The most important point is to first use the new ligand L1 combining with Copper (Ⅱ) catalysts to perform better catalytic effect than that of Copper ( Ⅰ ) catalysts. Due to the stability and economy of Copper (Ⅱ), the methodology is a promising approach to prepare N- arylation of imidazoles. In addition, the catalysis system has been optimized, and another compounds have been synthesized base on the same method. Finally, compounds 3a-3h were confirmed by ^1HNMR.
