摘 要:以水滴为模板制备了聚己内酯(PCL)蜂窝状表面多孔膜,用SEM研究了制备条件即环境相对湿度、温度和聚合物溶液浓度对孔大小和分布的影响。用细胞计数法和MTT法考察了兔的骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)在多孔PCL膜表面的黏附效率和增殖行为。结果表明:多孔膜表面的孔径随环境湿度增加而增加,随着溶液浓度增加而减小,随环境温度升高而减小;与平滑表面的PCL膜相比,蜂窝状的多孔表面有效地提高了细胞的黏附效率并促进了细胞的增殖。The honeycomb-structured surfaces of poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) films were prepared by a molding technique using water droplets as a template.The effects of environmental relative humidity,temperature and PCL concentration on the pore size was investigated by SEM observation.The adhesion,proliferation behavior and morphology of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) of a rabbit on the honey-structured surfaces were characterized by cell attachment efficiency measurement,MTT assay and SEM.The results show that the pore diameter of the honeycomb-structured films increases with the increase of relative humidity and decreases with the increase of temperature and concentration in a certain range.Cell culture shows that the cell adhesion and proliferation could be enhanced on PCL honey-structured surfaces compared to the smooth surfaces.
