摘  要:盐析辅助均相液液萃取(SHLLE)法是利用盐使均相混合溶液产生相转变分离现象,并同时萃取目标分析物的新型液液萃取法。近年来,SHLLE法在体内药物分析中的应用备受关注,技术日益成熟。综述SHLLE法的原理和应用条件及其在体内药物分析领域的应用进展,探讨盐析给后续分析带来的问题及其解决方法,并介绍高通量SHLLE的实现和发展。Salting-out homogeneous liquid-liquid extraction (SHLLE) utilizes the salt-induced phase separation phenomenon in a homogeneous solution,by which the target solutes are simultaneously extracted into the separated organic phase.Recently,the approach received more attention in biomedical analysis with its technique matured increasingly.The principle and condition of SHLLE and its application in biomedical analysis were reviewed.Some trouble caused by salting out by the subsequent analysis and its solution was discussed.The realization and development of high-throughput SHLLE were also introduced.
