摘　　要："农家书屋工程"建设出于出版管理高层的良好主观意愿,但与市场化环境中的出版专业活动有着内在的冲突。为此,乡村图书服务的可持续发展需要寻找更合理的发展路径。在这一过程中,图书馆和社会文化管理机构的参与必不可少。同时,要切实掌握不同社会发展水平条件下各地区农村居民的实际文化需求,探索图书馆大众文化服务的内在发展规律,探索图书馆传统方法与当代信息处理技术的有效整合,寻找适合当代国情的农村图书服务模式,保证行政性文化服务投入形成实在的社会效益。Rural Library Project＂is a benevolent project that is supported by the central leaderships of publishing,but there is a confliction with the professional activities of publishing in the marketing environment.For the sustainable development of rural library service,it needs to find a more reasonable way,and it is absolutely necessary for the participation of library and management organizations of social culture.At the mean time,it also needs to grasp the practical cultural needs of rural residents of different levels of social development in each region,explores the inner development law of public cultural service and the effective integration of traditional library and contemporary information technology,and to find a rural library service mode which is suitable for the current situation in China,in order to ensure the promotion of the social effect of the administrative cultural input.
