摘 要:对航空用钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV氩弧焊对接接头板试件进行422℃下的静载拉伸、裂纹扩展和蠕变试验试验,并对试验结果进行参数拟合。试验结果表明焊接接头的薄弱部位位于接头热影响区。通过对某航空发动机承力机匣的有限元分析,结合结构载荷谱和试验参数,采用线性累计损伤理论,对结构三处主要焊缝进行疲劳损伤、蠕变损伤以及疲劳蠕变交互损伤评定。计算结果表明,结构几何不连续引起的应力集中是引起损伤的主要原因。Fatigue crack propagating tests and creep tests of butt welds in 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel plate used on aerospace at 422℃ were carried out. The tests results show that the weakness of the welding joint is the heat affect zone (HAZ).The data from the tests were fitted to get parameters. The damages due to creep and fatigue crack propagating in three main welds on the outer box of an airplane engine were calculated using Miner linear accumulating damage theory through FEM( finite element method) and the tests param- eters. The calculation shows that the discontinuity in geometry in the structure is the main fact to increasing the creep and fatigue damage in their service life at high temperature.
