摘　　要：健康管理是指一种对个人或群体的健康危险因素进行全面管理的过程,目的是通过调动个人的积极性,以有限资源实现最大的健康管理效果。本文作者运用先进的健康管理理念,依据军队疗养干部医疗条件特点,提出从健康体检、健康评估和健康干预角度,构建新时期军队疗养干部健康管理保健新模式。Health Management is a process that manages health risk factors of individual or group totally.Its purpose is to achieve maximum effect of health management with limited resources by mobilizing the enthusiasm of individual.Based on characteristic of military medical condition,with advanced management concept of health,the author of this paper suggests to construct a new model of health management and health care of the military convalescent cadres in the new era from the standpoint of health examination,health assessment and health intervention.
