摘　　要：借助于模糊综合评价理论和数学层次分析法(AHP)工具,设计了地方应用型高校的绩效评价模型和评价指标系统,为配合上海市地方高校的中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的制定,推进高校"分类指导、内涵建设"提供参照.Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and AHP mathematical tools,the performance evaluation model and the evaluation index system of local application-oriented colleges and universities were designed.Being in line with policy-making of long-term educational reform and development plan of local colleges and universities in Shanghai,a reference is provided to conduct classification guide and intention construction.
