摘　　要：介绍了通用性工装的设计及其在前处理、电泳过程中的应用,特别是解决了具有中滑门的车型涂装问题,既保证产品的涂装质量,也有利于实现机械化、自动化生产。The designs of universal tooling and their application in the pretreatment and electophoresis process were introduced. In particular it solved a painting problem for car of centre sliding door. Thus it not only guaranteed the painting quality of products, but also was beneficial to realization of mechanization and automotion production.
