摘　　要：为科学评价和全面掌握Y集团供应链系统发展状态,为提升系统协调性提供科学依据,建立了Y集团供应链系统协调绩效评价指标体系,并利用ANP理论对该系统协调绩效进行评价,最后提出促进系统协调的对策建议。In order to provide scientific warranty for not only evaluating and keeping hold of the development state of Y-group,but also promoting the coordination of system,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of coordinated performance of supply chain system of Y Corp.,evaluates the coordinated performance of Y Corp.basis on ANP theory,and suggests the countermeasures to promote the coordination of system.
