摘　　要：在科技型中小企业自主创新外部环境构成要素分析的基础上,针对财政环境、经济环境、法律环境、科技环境、社会环境的现状及对科技型中小企业自主创新的影响进行了系统研究,构建了包括财税支持、金融支持、政策法律支持、技术支持以及社会化支持等5个方面组成的科技型中小企业自主创新支持体系。Based on the analysis of external environment of independent innovation of small and medium enterprises（SMEs）of science and technology,this paper expounds the external environment constraints which SMEs of science and technology face during the process of independent innovation.Aiming at these causes of external environment constraints,a model of support system of independent innovation of SMEs of science and technology is constructed.This support system provides technical and financial protection for SMEs of science and technology in our country to participate in international competition and accelerate the pace of development.
