摘　　要：高校学报论文的质量可以对科技创新发展起到推动和促进作用。高校学报是高校教学科研人员发表科研成果的重要阵地,更是传递和交流科研信息,组织科研队伍,引导科研方向,发展科研事业不可缺少的重要力量。高校学报论文质量的提高,必须坚持科技创新、关心环境生态的平衡;高校学报今后的发展,更要面对市场化,适应网络化发展的进程,使高校学报在国内外科技界的影响得到更大提高。College-editing journal is an important platform for teaching staff and researchers in higher educational institutions to publish their researching outcomes,as well as an essential force to convey and share research information,organize researching staffs,conduct the research direction,and develop scientific study career.The papers published in college-editing journals are of great importance to stimulate and enhance the development and technological innovation.To improve the quality of papers published in college-editing journals,enough attention should be paid to the trend of technological innovation,as well as the balance of environment and ecology.In the future,college-editing journal must adapt itself more to meet the market changes and Internet-oriented development,and to higher its status in the world of science and technology at both home and abroad.
