摘　　要：通过质量认证加强医院管理是一项有益的管理探索。从建立质量管理的框架体系、培训的开展、加强质量管理的过程控制、持续改进医疗服务等方面,介绍了仁济医院导入ISO9000后9年来的实践,认为质量认证是医院加强质量管理、保持医院可持续发展的重要途径之一。The importance of medical quality management was once again emphasized in the government＇s new policy of medical reform. Quality management is central to best practices of hospital management. The paper discussed Renji hospital＇s achievements since adoption of ISO9000 in 2001, which included the establishment of a quality management system, ISO9001 related training, quality management of process control, and continuous improvement of medical services. Quality certification is an important way to enhance hospital quality management in order to maintain sustainable development of Renji hospital.
