药学服务理念在医院输血科的应用及展望

摘　　要：临床输血服务属于广义的药学服务范畴。提出医院输血科应改变其传统、单一的贮、配、发血职能,向参与制定安全、有效、合理用血方案及监测输血不良反应、提供用血咨询等服务模式转变,从而促进临床用血的安全、有效、合理和经济。＂ Clinical Blood Transfusion Service＂ is a broad sense of ＂ Pharmaceutical Services＂ category. Department of blood transfusion should change its traditional, simple function of blood storage, match and distribution, and transform to clinical blood transfusion services, which inclods participating in development scheme of safe, effective and rational clinical use of blood, monitoring adverse transfusion reactions and consultation on use of blood. This will promote the safe, effective, rational and economic clinical use of blood.
